Review: Everfound
5/5
For fans of: middle grade YA, found families, multiple POV, lovers-to-enemies, afterlife, lost boys
Synopsis: All of life hangs in the balance as Mary Hightower slumbers, awaiting to be reborn once again into Everlost. Allie, knowing Mary’s full plan, must stop at nothing to find a way to keep Mary from awakening but is at the mercy of the besotted Milos. Meanwhile, Mickey and Nick must battle gravity itself and face the most terrifying monster of Everlost who’s power really can do what it is rumored to do: destroy a soul. Characters old and new are traveling full speed ahead to the destructive conclusion of the Skinjacker series.
Review: If I thought the twists and turns of Everwild were intense, they have nothing on Everfound. The full scope and wonder of Everlost is explored in this final book as all of our characters converge to its resounding conclusion. There are no evil characters here, just complex ones and the conclusion for every single character is satisfying. The world of Everlost is a character itself and I love it when authors do this and do it well. I honestly wish we could have more adventures in Everlost. This was every bit as satisfying as you could ask for.
